5000 is the max range you can target someone I think, but if you want further go for it. Also as has been mentioned you won't see the names if the characters are out of range of loading.

Are you trying to open on notepad or fileedit ??? and did meant "work only in "private" server..."?

I edited the l2.ini file as you wrote, i save the changes. But it' s the same like before, i mean the distance.

this is not the zoom patch, with this ,using the zomm u can see name of characters from far away :)
