TeђGëØrge i find it in one forum and he say "My own custom npc" i think it's edited Myxoske buffer... but i don't know ;p

He just deleted one button that had both heal and cancel and made them at two...

 

Add that credits for buffer are at Myxoske because he did the whole job and can't somenone just to remove the credits and claim that it is his buffer!
