I think he mean, it's an bug with PK - when ppl kill player FLAGGED get pk + karma...... but not everytime... i saw that problem to many srv.

I sended to JustVirus on pm some bugs... but nothing... Realy Nice. - Cannot heal rb system dosent work. - Cannot use GK you u are flagged dosent work. DO IT SOMETHING !
