Rar is some kind of rar/zip for java files.

 

Tell me, why do you want to open this jar?

 

If You think that you can edit these files - You're wrong.

 

If You wish to edit core, You have to download source, add your changes and compile.

 

You should read few Guides.

 

Also add proper [Prefix] in topic tittle.

u can just open it with winrar and get a .class files reader and u will be able to read class files but you can't make any changes u have to change the source.
