Normally,when someone abuses his power,he gets banned/demoted or w/e

 

Here,when someone abuses his powers,the WHOLE membergroup loses his privs (you get it,i think)

It doesnt matter its 1 group with in normal situation the same priv set.

 

Its like lets say you are a vip and a guy out of nowhere without any reason gets a vip rank with twice as much priv as you have, its just dont make sense.
