Guys my pc freezes, can someone help me out. It usually does it more frequently when i play Cod Mw2 rather than L2

No, it.....locks? alt+ctrl+delete doesnt work, mouse freezes, at times the sound may continue ingame for 30 seconds then go off completely or sometimes the sound repeats in a fast tense like ta-ta-ta-ta-ta

OS or hardware problem maybe your pc cant play smoothly the game?

i have i think 3-4gb ddr2 ram. 2.6ghz, a good vid card (nvidia n250 gts, 1gb DDr3) i can even play crysis warhead (cuz thats a top notch game) i even once had all my viruses cleaned and still didnt work.

wouldnt my pc shut down if it was the power supply.

a friend has the same problem cause he has DDR1 ram

 

i have the same problem at FIFA sometimes(game crashes,but i shut it down with ctrl+alt+delete(not task manager)

Freezing is usually a overheating problem It can be on your bridges, your cpu, gpu, ram. Take the comp apart and clean it well with compressed air. Make sure to take the fans off the heatsinks as thats where the majority of buildup will be.

check the app data... some virus incrase your cpu ... or even your ram usage.

ok thanks for the advice, wtf is compressed air and where in the world do i get it? When I feel my pc the bottom of it is very cool while the top is not as much. Ummm, pc is 1.5 years old. how do i check app data cobra, every suggestion that has something internal tell me where to go since im not really good at this :S  but thank you
