This is a ready wallpaper that ncsoft released long ago. He added a render of the elf a c4d,text,and some parts of the clouds on overlay/lighten/screen.

ofcourse i am not a good ps user,my sigs suck and i know it...but

Working with a render doesn't make you pro. For me its even harder to work with stock images than getting a render.

 

not true :)

is harder to make one new background from nothing :)

the stock images already have one stock bg too... so its harder to work with renders :)

but u can make masterpieces with both of them
