Sorry a mistake had been made with the Npc.sql file just edit it and insert this:

DELETE FROM `spawnlist` WHERE `npc_templateid`='70004';

That happens cuz there is already one npc with this ID,change the ID and try again

Your question is chaotic without any sense.

matim he means that system doesn't find html for npc(i think). you have to change html name to match your npc id

 

 

also lock it, user is banned
