[Help] with 2 renders..

Well i have found some very good renders imo but the problem is that when i remove the black bg some parts of the renders are removed too. Could anyone help me?

The first is doable, do it with Polygonal Lasso tool

 

the second one is a pain in the butt cause of the hair, you should try to zoom on the hair and cut it , try not to rush it or it'll look bad

Send us the links from planetrenders, you may do something wrong.If I take this render:

and -considering I'm a member- click on the image I can then see it in trnasparent mode, and save it as :
