Like Setekh wrote, it's still packet hacking, maybe ull not able do this with soft like l2phx but it's still possible.

I tested hlapex too.

It see a server ip and shows that client is active, but there is no packets still...

l2phx is for all servers l2j/l2off  they have same packets on l2off servers most of them block l2phx with bake ice or some others dll's about l2phx in l2j most l2j devs block the dangerous packets for hack or lag server with kick action or flood protector.
