9999 Ping

Hey folks, got a little problem when i log into my server u cant login but the server status is GooD and 9999 ping

 

Server inis looks for me ok everything is set to my lan ip except

DevServerIP="87.178.77.28"

ServerTable Database\ 1,Lineage2,87.178.77.28,127.0.0.1,0,1,0,7777,0

 

Hope some one can help me

PS: use c4 files
