Well, the Caesar's cipher is something like a special language.

It was used in order to 'talk' with friendly communities, or even his own.

In this way enemies could not understand what they were writing.

 

I cannot explain it exactly, but I can give you an example:

The word Coyote would be Dpzpuf

 

Each letter was shifted at +1.

C became D, o became p, and so on.

 

You can shift the letters from -13 to +13.

Now let me give you the hint:

The word given must either be shifted to +1 or -1. Try both ;]
