so what...mie chiar imi e bine ca fac sala...ma saturasi sa stau acasa cu sticla pe burta si chipsuri prin par..

bai nervos, lasa verdele si bautura, apuca-te de invatat, ca daca nu...pe santier te vad si 2nd, in ce clasa erai ca am uitat... ?

meh...mi-o placut vacanta asta ca am putut face de dimineata sala....acu ca incepe scoala..ma duc mai mult mort decat viu...inafara de weekend-uri  :happyforever:

 

faza e ...ca eu nu pot sa mai avansez.....am 61kg si 1.80m...si nu pot duce mai mult de atat...60-65max la piept...30-40 triceps....nu stiu cum sa fac sa avansez...si nu am de gand sa iau proteine..

nu e recomandat sa bagi suplimente pana la 18 ani, nervos asculta de mine si baga dupa ce vii de la sala pui fiert sau ceva consistent si asa pui greutate, eu acum am 79 de kg si 1.83 ( desi vara care a trecut aveam 85 de kg ) am mai slabit

Te pisi pe ea de sala, pana la urma tot iti bagi pula-n ea si te lasi... pierzi timpul aiurea

decat sa stau acasa sau pe afara si sa frec menta, mai bine ma duc la sala..oricum daca vad ca nu o sa pot avansa macar cu 10-20kg si sa pun pe mine macar inca 5-7kg, atunci o sa ma las...

ia si fa sala... crede-ma la faculate nu o sa ai timp de asa ceva :)) acum e tot timpul invatat... acum vine sesiunea :/ nasol

am 18 ani...ceva consistent zici...bine de stiut..

 

oricum..tot nu o sa iau suplimente..n-am incredere in ele orice ar fi..

Sa nu iei ca iti pica coaiele :))

 

CAnd vii de la sala iti trebuie mult mai mult decat poti tu sa mananci, si asta ar fi daca ai fi plin de bani sa angajezi un medic nutritionist.

 

 

Asa ca mergi la sala, tragi ca nebunu, vii acasa si manaci pentru ca si cum ai fi facut 2 seturi de flotari si 2 de biceps.

 

Ceva constient zice? pai sa stii ca si aici depinde de tipuul somatic..de exemplu tu esti ectomorf, iti trebuie 60% proteina si 40% carbo, asta pe langa cele 5g de creatina si minerale care trebuie sa le ai. Imediat dupa sala( in prima jumna  de ora dupa sala) iti trebe proteina cu absorptie rapida( din zer) si mai sunt multe de spus.

 

Fa tu sala fara suplimente ca faci degeaba..pun pariu ca nu ai un tabel cu caloriile calculate si meniuri selectate.

PS mergi al orice antrenor persona lsau la medic nutritionist si it iva recomanda sa iei suplimente, pana si un medic de familie.
