Yes You have right - but only if You use free Server Packs (I will not tell which one xD), if You have Your own + developers = no bugs

i vote Normal x100 - x300 coz ...no reason to play low rate server and when you go 80 lvl boring it...the good is play for 1month 80 lvl  and  mass pvp , mass siege! whiout stuck subs and customs
