I guess system will not be loaded properly, this delay is like 'brute force'. If something needs more time to load than the configured delay, it will not be loaded.

No result here either. Not a noticeable one anyway. I remember I used a program once that rly improved my startup speed (by 5-6 seconds or so) but I forgot it's name, and been searching it for a while lol

And you can use progs that can actually help you do that.
