[Help] Looking for a game

looking for a Pc game single player. Game have to do with Romans (roman empire).

But i want it build city + action  (fighting) too.

I tried and finished Rome - Total War II. Just like Rome TW im lokking for ...

I hope someone knows anything close to my needs.

now is "was" xD. i finish it.

 

Gonna try age of empire III. Dunno why .... i had that game and never gave a try i just though was a game with dragons and ugly monsters lol :P i just hope my graphic card can hold it.
