What you mean with Hellbound Fixed? Helbound isn't implemented on L2jServer 100%, from what they told on l2j forum hellbound is a priority and may be implemented even in the next major update.

The freya pack have one problem.I use anchor and it doesn't work but when the monster use a skill then it works but still the monster use skills.I don't know maybe i used to have one of the first revisions.
