just connect the 2 pcs with the cable and synchronize them

well does your router have wireless-lan??? if not use the cables and connect them to the router then activate dhcp server from your router and everything should be fine

hmm yes google doesnt show up anything good...

just connect 2 pcs to the router and than open -> cmd -> ipconfig

 

see your config and try to ping this ip with the other pc like ping 192.168.x.x

 

if it's not working you have to set the ips by yourself.
