Gerero, about your idea. TheGame was l2off server, that's why it was a successful server. L2 OFF packs doesn't have any bug at all. L2J Packs are full of bugs. And believe me, i really doubt if someday a server like "thegame" will be created using L2J software and manage to stay alive for more than 2 years.

Apart from the exploits (there are many that haven't been shared here), there are lots of retail functions that need to be added, plus skills balance.

i don't that will remain only 2 developers if they cannot face the problems i am s00r that they will ask and some help from the l2j staff of mxc and about the exploits yes there are some good exploits which we don't know but don't know them too much people. There are less people that know them so the most of the exploits will be fixed.

1] Retail like Siege Guards and Castle walls/doors/gates.

2] Fix the Interlude bug where if you enchant a weapon which is at the max enchant, it brakes.

3] Use of Mass Gatekeepers at sieges, instead of teleporting inside a random place of the castle.

4] Java side Buffer, GK, GM Shop, etc., and especially the karma police (if it exists, then you'll have to place it in lots of places). These will reduce the lag dramatically.

5] Fix all the bugs that have been posted at least here (quite easy, since there are fixes for almost all of 'em).

6] Clan hall Sieges (it is very important!)

7] Fortresses Normal Sieges (not the old stupid thing where you brake a few doors and you get an empty fort without guards or other NPCs).

8] Reworked Olympiad System (not the boring old style olympiad, with lots of bugs).

9] Many Java Side Custom Features, like Custom Statuses or Colors for ammounts of hours online/pvps/pks.

10] Events like DM, TvT, CTF, VIP (KOTH would be a good idea as well).

 

 

These 10 would be a nice start, and you would force many users to join!

And btw I bet my head that stef will help you too ^^
