By sending this packet 91 01 00 00 00 AA 1F 00 00 00 00 00 00 01 00 00 00 01 00 00 00 to server using L2Net or L2PacketHack you can do it. In that packet, AA 1F = Id of the item you want to buy. (in this case, Guardian Sword with critical bleed SA). If you have the ID of the item in hex format, and the item exists in the server, you can set a private store. Tested on l2j Interlude.
