infiniteaion "failed to initialize the game"

i installed aionfullinstaller_1.5.0.1 and updated with ncsoft launcher

and then if i start the game (infiniteaion) i get always the error "failed to initialize the game" please help me .. i tryed other topics too but no different

try to repair the client by using NCsoft launcher

i got same error.. trying to connect like fews days.. i think is something with windows.. w8ting for help..
