If you're running Windows XP and you enable Remote Desktop, Windows Firewall will be automatically configured to allow Remote Desktop connections to your computer. Quote

Anyway , try to obtain access via TCP 3389 from your company computer to the computer at home, and configure the firewall at home to allow access to port TCP 3389. Quote
