I've seen it only in l2jint a few weeks ago.

 

He probably got inspired from this setting with daggers and coded it for other weapons too.

Theres no errors in the Patch ( Addapted for IL Server ) You can add it byhand to other Chronicles too or other Projects.

 

And is working in Game Absolutely Awesome :)
