UnrealED -> TexPanner/TexRotator/TexOscillator/and stuff, and put it as Specular at your shader.

Go experiment a bit, it's not very complicated :)

 

Anyways; imo it's a bit ugly, but for your first share ok, unless it isn't yours of course :/

I have just been through the complete weapongrp from L2Sacrifice with the DevTool, all the weapons, 2nd check on the weapons with Angel Slayer model; and I couldn't find this dagger.

 

It could be that it's an old thing from L2Sacrifice, but in that case some proof would be required to make such accusations imo, so I'll wait 1-2 days if there is a pic and else it will be fixed :)

Dawn each man got his own opinions and point of wiew..he don't like at all ur share?u can't expect that everyone likes them..anyway i like it but would be better if applied to dunno..uhm vesper?:D..i just don't like the AS weapon:)
