[HELP]Sony Vegas Pro 9

I have two problems to talk about:

1) As you can see down the picture i have mark with red a region.If you look in you can see orange and blue regions too. What's going on. I want in my video to hear the "blue" song and when the video comes to the "orange" song, lows its sound and the orange be the song that will have more volume. Then again blue song after the orange finish will grow up its volume.

 

2) The second ask is: you see again the picture. Look at the red region. I think yours is not like mine.It have bigger the pictures like those videos you can see in youtube e.x. in tuttorials.
