Look on steam only if you have undetectable cheat, if you got ban on steam, your steam account will banned. Not your IP.

Now, on non steam you can't got kicked or banned auto. Only if server's admin detected you to use a cheat.

You NEVER get banned in steam while you are hacking in the server.They have the option to ban you via Steam_ID, IP or Nickname.But not on steam.The only way to get banned in steam is if someone records you using cheats, then he reports that demo to Valve and BB Steam Account..

 

OnTopic: No, there is no way so you won't be able to get kicked from a server.EVEN if you don't have a static IP and when you RR your modem/rooter your IP changes and you join again, then if the Administrator of the server who has Rcon commands using some rcon commands which I don't remember atm with which it can ban you for EVER with or without IP/Steam_ID, but admins don't usually use that..

Answer : even with badboy cheat ( change ur name every second) an admin can ban u anytime..
