[Request CS mod help]Problem

Well, i didn't see any thing to request help.. so i posted here.

 

One friend of me wanna play css non steam vs me, but when he install it he got this error...

 

"Unable to load surface prop file 'script/surfaceproperties.txt'(referenced by manifest file 'script/surfaceproperties_manifest.txt')

 

Does some1 know what to do?

Download another version or from another uploader...The one you have downloaded has problems...
