and my question:WTF IS MISS AND WHEN I MUST TELL IT?!

well....when someone is missing from his place you say this...

Look when in you side there is ex. Centaur and ursa and someone is missing you say miss or -1 and when he comes back you say -0 ...

when the your enemy from mid leaves you must say miss mid or -1

when he come back say 0

the right word is re and because at greek re is a word which is famous we said -ret=the miss hero returned

For example you are in the top lane lycanthrope and witch doctor are in your lane. While you're creeping you notice that lycanthrope is nowhere to be seen in your lane and you hurry up and say "lycan miss top" or "top miss care"
