I want to make a l2 server but someone told me that i can not edit the client and can't receive donations without a license?!

 

please tell me if this is true and if there are other rules i should know, i don't want to go to jail !  ???  :P  :o  ;)  :'(

no man is not true ...i have make l2j server ...look if you make l2j  server dont worie all its ok ..but you dont make donates to your server..

Thousands make private servers, only few get caught. Especially those that use OFF files.

So chill, if you use java files, they won't even bother closing it.

Even the simple edit of l2.ini is illegal but as you see no one bothers.. Everyday thousand of servers are being made but few of them close.

If they warn you, you have to close your server.

If you don't, then comes the punishment. In conclusion, you don't have to worry, open your server.
