You shouldn't be able to play Lineage2 offline. It's a MMORPG which means that you'll have to connect to a server...

@l0c4lh05t If you have a connection like PSTN/ISDN and you wanna test l2, you can setup a server and play offline ^^

Still getting GG error, even with your server's system folder, don't know why, but my problem is solved, i wanted to play on my server but GG was preventing me from doing it, so instead of disabling the GG i changed the main .bat file of the server and it doesn't conflict any more, thnx for the help anyway...

I just replaced the NWindow.dll with mine, but it always ends in a critical error / general protection fault.

I tried to apply it on this system folder -> click here.

If your system folder is running with that patch correctly, would you please upload/share it?  :-\

I don't exactly know who you mean, but I am trying to connect to a l2j server...

He means if you are playing on L2 official server (retail) or L2 Java server...

Anyway, i always get a critical error and it doesn't seem to me that the system folder is responsible for this...

The nwindow.dll looks like it's for an older version of l2, or older update...and it doesn't have the corresponding core support for the newest .utx files or some other kind of newer file...

very nice, if only i could see it :P does anyone know if it will work with retail, because afaik vista wont let GG run so in order for nc to keep there vista customers they had to make GG non required?
