no, dagger rules but this guide sux and the guy who made it have no idea how to play on dagger.

watch some movies from retail with guys like : gustavvs , kaganpwns  and u will see what a good dagger can do

actualy he did something bad, since this will only make ppl dont wanna play dagger or play it like a noobs, who cares he spent some time?

Ps :I prefer Cov than Prophecy of Wind, Cov m.def give more, but the speed also decreases
