Is there any way I can change the 'Fighter' and 'Mage' buff sets on this buffer ? It's a really cool buffer, but I just need to make the buffs a bit more custom. Also, is it safe for me to remove the 'Warsmith' buffs from the HTML's on the buffer ?

yes you can just go to html--->mods--->>NpcBuffer.htm and change these 2 lines:
