How to Disable Those Nicknames

Hi all i use Gracia Pack 2 Preconfigured Pack( http://www.maxcheaters.com/forum/index.php?topic=46283.0 )

And i want to disable nicknames such as **Joker** or S-w-a-T

How can i do it? is there any config file for this?
