How to set hair strait back

I have a hair type of accessory and I want it to put the characters hair back (essentially removing the from model of the hair), like at Demon Circlet and several other hair accessories. But I couldnt really find how to activate this insinde armorgrp.dat. Does anyone know where and how to set this?

well is simple my friend just in SQL put this look i do a screen :)
