can any1 help me please? i am trying to edit lineage2 utx (in order to avoid adding more utx files in the folder, i'm trying to modify the existing ones), i tried to follow this guide http://maxcheaters.com/forum/index.php?topic=3514.270 but since it's too old, unrealED crashes everytime i try to open an l2.utx file. is there anything i can do, or i'm forced to create new utx files? thanks in advance

you can't add new textures and replace new one using original utx why? because after C6 (INTERLUDE) not work some of Interlude files work but not at all anyway you need create new files utx.

so, actually, ncsoft prevents us to modify the client but making "revertable" changes, am i right?

yes something like that, but what sense have modify original package? I mean what sense have add texture into original package and delete original ones? I better make own packages for add new weapons,etc anyway you know good programming can make readable maybe UTX files for open into UnrealED but not important for me.

because like that, if for example ncsoft tells me "ok, remove your illegal contents from your server or we'll start legal actions" you can disable all and players will still see something, even if they doesn't have your modified textures ^^

ahhh you think NCSOFT talk with you for give you a chance? they close your server see what you do man, is a popular server when play a lot ppl and you famous, your server probably closed, sure of that.
