[Share] Admin Panel + added custom

Hello People I have the pack l2jfree 2741,as he has many custons I get these custons in the admin panel which is easier to buy the items because you do not have to be typing the id most !!!!!!

In the file are the SQLs and the discourse of the admin panel !!!!!

This panel was tested in only l2jfree!
