first of all go here:

http://settings.messenger.live.com/Applications/CreateHtml.aspx

Note: First you must login to go in this link

Now choose how you want to look like a messenger...

Note: You can choose: Messenger, Button, Image.

Change  a size, color and copy a code...

Now go to your website and past a code...

Now you have messenger in your website ;D
