I don't know a lot about this server, but it is official... so try using the exploit for hacking accounts (stickied) it works fine, unless it is patched. I don't think there's something better atm (for being accurate there is nothing more atm :P).

I think that doesnt work , because its c5 JAVA server , but this script only for Official , please help with hacks ans exploits on JAVA c5 , thanks!

If that Is a old L2J Server pack (Like a hero1711 pack) you can try Hlapex ;D Isn't sure that work 100% ;D Just try with a second account, not with Main ;D Good Luck.
