just download the pack and upload it to your website then go to it and u will get an installation link when u go to your forum. it will lead you throught the installation. (btw pick 1.18 and not 2 cause its still beta)

you have hosting ?

doesnt actually matter very much you can just do it when u have mysql and apache running at your own pc
