OK... here's the deal:

TH has:

- passive focus/DW lvl 6/haste -> which makes it a natural good farmer, if you have bd in party you get hex so without hex: TH=AW, with hex: TH > AW

- Dash. do not underestimate this one little skill, it will save your ass in situations where you need to escape from a group hunting you and if you do not have hide or hide is in cooldown, dash will be your best friend. Also, Dash helps you immensely in chasing and hunting down a running target! +1 frag for you. AW and PW do not have dash, yeah they have blinding blow but they need to hit a target first to get 40 speed, while you can use dash when it is ready and it gives you 66 speed.

- Mirage - with 1 min buff in mass pvp/siege and almost instant cooldown, this is the skill which will keep you alive longer than any other dagger class, and will allow you to dive into masses. It can be used offensively and defensively. Yeah, AW and PW can use their Ghost Walking/Wind Riding and wait another 15 min... Also, in a 1 on 1 this skill can be quite annoying to an experienced player.

In summary TH is a good killer versus other classes, but if its an encounter TH vs AW or PW your chances are low (never underestimate a good timed blink + backstab..... :>) while TH and PW versus other classes have their problems if the target such as an archer on Counter dash starts running...

AW/PW

- Mortal Strike + Focus Death.. the signature buffs of AW/PW, 90% extra damage from back.. but if you dont have bluff highly overenchanted you will most likely make frontstabs where FD will actually give you -dmg....

- AW has counter attack... 1 min cooldown, 10 second buff.. you think an experienced player wont expect it, see the animation or hear it and use hide/mirage/switch/UE/EA till CA has worn off?? Versus another dagger, yes this can be the skill which can make you the winner, versus classes like Glad/Tyrant will also be helpfull.. somewhat.. they have tons of HP/CP...

- AW has passive CD lvl 7 while PW has passive Crit rate making AW a bit harder stabber than TH with passive CD lvl 6

- AW has hex.. hex + critical wound (TH has it too so..) is deadly, but in mass pvp if you have a bd hexing why be an AW?...

- Blinding blow is inferior to TH'S dash in chasing or escaping

I like AW for its hard Focus Death + Backstab 1 shotting robe users and some light users, but TH is far more versatile and can do just about the same much better in different situations.

    • I wouldn't expect something less, since you work with Psadek (or I maybe mistake you with NightW0lf from itopz, in that case soz) Let's throw rocks at Java Golds and elevate "original L2OFF Golds", no?

    • The Lucera2 Multiprotocol is an advanced server branch for Lineage 2 that enables seamless support for multiple client versions on a single server instance. This allows players to connect and play using either the legacy (old) client or the newer Classic client simultaneously, without any compatibility issues or loss of functionality. Key Benefits Dual Client Support: Both the old Interlude client and Classic: Secret of Empire 2.6 client can run concurrently on the same server. All features from the Classic client (e.g., enhanced UI, new mechanics) remain fully available, while the old client retains its alternative features (e.g., simplified interfaces for lower-end hardware). Expanded Player Base: Ideal for regions with limited access to modern gaming setups, as it accommodates a wider range of devices and preferences, merging Legacy and Classic communities into one forum section for unified discussions. No Functionality Gaps: Extensive testing ensures zero disruptions—players on either client experience complete game integrity, including quests, PvP, raids, and custom Lucera2 subsystems. You can fully test and explore all aspects of Multiprotocol on the dedicated Test Server. Supported Protocols C6 (Old Client): Protocol versions 740–770. Classic Client (Secret of Empire 2.6): Protocol versions 166–192.
