[CSS][Trick] Fake Ping

What supose do this command? Bcuz i believe this will not change everything, just the number :/

 

I think the ping is a number given by packets send on a certain time, bcuz if u use some speedhack u supose get lower ping, but i think this is bcuz the actualization rate of ur ping becomes faster on interval, so u see faster actualizate of ur ping and well on that interval u send less packets obviously than on a long one.

 

Im not sure about this is just theorically xD

Doesn't seem to be any useful to me.

Also changing the cmdrate so much will probably get you kicked on most server, but i'm not sure.
