RULES

liability for a wrongful act by intentionally putting himself in a position where he will be unaware of facts which would render him liable.

 

IGNORANCE IS NO EXCUSE FOR BREAKING ANY OF THESE RULES.

IF CAUGHT BREAKING ANY RULES GM's HAVE FULL RIGHT TO EXCERCISE THERE POWERS IN ANYWAY THEY SEE FIT.

SO IF CAUGHT THERE WILL BE NO EXCUSES SIMPLY PUNISHMENT.

 

* Please respect the server and the Gm's they are here to help, but can't answer every question at once. So, please be patient. Please submit petitions it makes the process faster.

* GM<~ Do not ask for items. Do not make rude comments to a GM. Do not threaten a Gm. Do not impersonate a GM.

* No third party programs of anykind (java programs, walker,bots,or any add on).

* Spawn killing is not illegal you have 30 seconds of spawn protection. This should be enough time for anyone to load an area. 60 seconds after porting into an area you are subject to pk wether or not you have moved off the spawn point.

* About scamming , you are responsible for your own gear and should you choose to give it to the wrong person you are 100% responsible for anything lost. Do not give out your account to any one. we are not held resposible for anypart of your account(characters,items,passwords,clans,etc.) When you do a trade you are responsible to make sure the items you are trading for are the correct items.

* No advertising of other servers.

* Trash talking will be accepted to a limit.Those Limits are No racism No Discrimination And No Sexist Remarks.

* No offensive Character or Clan or Alliance names.

* Donators Help support the server do not speak in any negative terms to them in regards to there donation.

ok tomorrow when admin connected i say this because we have some problems with Account Manager just desconfigured i dont know why but we fix that dont worry sorry for incovenients
