I'm trying to open the //reload panel but when I press reload I get the following message in the console:

I updated to the latest core,I made my access level 9999 and I can't think of what's wrong.

Any ideas?

(I Get the "Access problem" message when I try to open it from the console...)

I Had the same problem when my access was 100...and yes it is configured...

I can only reload html from admin panel,and not manually...
