[Request] What is the best way to advertise server in public??(except paying)

Well What I do is i just Post and Post my server everywhere!

 

And I mean Everywhere, Think outside the box, find other places that other people over look: for instance IRC is a great place to get more players. Try making a server IRC, should help alot, it sure couldn't hurt ur server.

Lol, so what happens when you use that service and someone else uses it too? Do you both get votes? See, services like that are just evil.

 

Guy1 uses it, gets 1000 votes.

Now Guy2 and 3 use it the next month, each of them get 1000 votes, but they still rely on their own players to vote as well to get numbers higher than the other guys who paid for the vote service.

 

Then next month Guy 4, 5, 6, 7 use the vote service too.

 

So once again, everyone is back to equal if everyone is using the vote service. The only thing different is they have less money because of the vote service.

 

Honestly it's a pretty fucked up but ingenious idea for a product.

No its actually someone who just uses TOR and a macro program to vote for you.

 

If the website has a Capatcha he can't vote for u. Its pretty lame.

Its a zerg of retarded american, BR and GR kids.

 

The owner of ultvote is Jon, previous (or still) owner of L2-Eternal.  If you check L2-eternals forum, they are advertising for 3 or 4 people to vote to earn $400 or so in donations a month to work for ultvote.
