= Port Forward Guide =

=================

[ENGLISH]

Requirements:

- Any router

- A browser (preffered Mozzila Firefox) , or any other will do.

- Internet Connection of course

- Some Brain!

Starting:

1. Type in your browser's adress bar :

http://192.168.1.1

and hit enter

1qonb75e54av192stsqy.png

2. After you hit enter an alert like this (mine is in greek) anyway it will ask you for a username and a password.

9ahfz277eszo7v7zwtgn.png

Here are some default password/username combinations:

Username: admin
Password: 1234

Username: admin
Password: admin

If you have changed the password then you need to put that password.

3. Upon succesfull Login your router will have menu like mine:

oz4jkvcfpybg5yzctl80.png

You will probably have a different menu than mine so here are a few things you need to search for:

a) Router firewall (find it and disable it).

b) Search for NAT (so that you can find the port forward section of your router.

Heres what I have done in my router for firewall:

width=640 height=257http://www.imageshack.gr/files/rbz0qevm771352eh6crv.png[/img]

And I have found "NAT" here:

width=640 height=257http://www.imageshack.gr/files/mdflhhbw0gbuigfab7al.png[/img]

4.After you find the NAT section you should have found the port forward section too (if not search further but be carefull and don't change any settings except firewall , also do NOT close/disable NAT cause on some situations you won't be able to get online!!!)

If you have found the port forward section then we are ready to port forward the router!

Here's how its done on my router:

I first click on "Advanced Setup" And then Click on "NAT"

width=640 height=257http://www.imageshack.gr/files/umd21uy6vb8gq58q4fe7.png[/img]

After that I click on "Virtual Server"

width=640 height=303http://www.imageshack.gr/files/ajsdf2pbyzoj0wztepsd.png[/img]

And I get on this screen (CAUTION: I HAVE ALREADY PORT FORWARDED MY OWN ROUTER do not expect yours like this too!)

And FOR GOD'S SHAKE do not port forward the port 15000 its for my mtorrent :P

width=520 height=480http://www.imageshack.gr/files/ue28dc35f26l2kt975ey.png[/img]

5. You need to port forward these ports:

MYSQL = 3306

L2J Server = 80 , 2106 , 7777 , 9104

6. How to port forward a new port (in my case):

width=519 height=480http://www.imageshack.gr/files/u5euvm0xgk9ilwbqvecw.png[/img]

I Changed the "Rule Index" to an empty field like the above "7" because until "6" there were other port forwards and I needed to add a new one.

width=520 height=480http://www.imageshack.gr/files/chf7iazjp7vguc7guayv.png[/img]

The numbers are:

1. The Rule Index (in my case 7 a clean one)

2. Application Name (any name will do)

3. Do not change this leave it the way it is

* Protocol (Choose between TCP and UDP | I always leave them "ALL" meaning both of them.)

4. Start Port Number ( The port number you wish to port forward. PUT the same on 5)

5. End Port Number (The port number you wish to port forward. PUT the same on 4)

6. Local IP Adress ( your routers ip adress)

Get the adress by going to Start->Execute Type cmd.exe and hit enter.

In cmd type:

ipconfig

Like this: 7dlqr72v22j3rxrs3t8w.png

Then you will get something like this:

width=640 height=323http://www.imageshack.gr/files/8st6fgdyp65sdq31n3we.png[/img]

You will need only the red part (the bolded one!) which is your router's ip:

Now that you have it go back here and add it (Lets say I create a new port with number 7899) :

Here's what will look when its almost finished:

width=518 height=480http://www.imageshack.gr/files/hljx06dnw8wobiaz57ww.png[/img]

When you have done all the changes click the "Save" button (in my case)

And heres the result:

width=519 height=480http://www.imageshack.gr/files/sxbcfd20l1jxte0y1w22.png[/img]

If you see this you are done! Have fun! And don't forget to post any warning or suggestion here.

GL!

NOTE: WILL BE TRANSLATED TO GREEK LATER...

You can find your router's ip here -> Click Start->Run -> Type cmd -> Type in the Command Promt -> ipconfig

and hit enter

There should be -> IP Adress: 192.168.*.* Like this and then you type this address on mozzila firefox!

    • You think you have good “l2j” files until you try running a low-rate server.   Saying “there’s not a single L2 server out there worth mentioning” just shows you probably only know the first 10 servers on voting sites, the same voting sites that owned by them. You call the forum dead, yet you’re here discussing your next projects… From my perspective, you don’t seem ready to run any L2 server in 2025. Around 70% of players are here for RMT or ask for payment just to bring their clan, and you really think the community cares about Premium or donations or files quality? The other 20% spend their time downloading and deleting servers all day, playing for one day, then quitting for whatever random reason. And finally, the last 10% are the only ones who actually play because they genuinely like your features, your server files, and your overall project. Good luck 🙂
    • I genuinely admire your bravery - in an age where AI can whip up something better in under a minute, you still stubbornly try to sell these "projects" of yours on a forum that’s been clinically dead for years. That’s no longer determination, that’s digital archaeology. I just can’t tell whether you’re actually trying to make money, or simply testing how much we can endure before we ask an AI to generate you some actual talent.   And ofc AI will make it for free, $220 saved.
    • I’m glad I’m not the only one who appreciates Maxthor’s involvement in group gay orgies, he can’t be bothered to reply to messages, but covering the entire forum in gay lights is absolutely no issue for him. As for the project - the forum is packed with feedback from the testers, the lads are spending every spare moment fixing even the tiniest typo in an NPC’s text. I’ll share the links as soon as I get the green light. Edit: I forgot to add that the GM recruitment will begin once the links are released. Three people will be accepted, and they’ll work in a three-shift rotation so that there’s always a GM available online.
    • Added: a brand-new default dashboard template. You can now add multiple game/login server builds. Full support for running both PTS & L2J servers simultaneously, with switching between them. Payment systems: added OmegaPay and Pally (new PayPal-style API). Account history now stores everything: donations, items delivered to characters, referrals, transfers between game accounts, and coin transfers to another master account. Personal Promo Code System: you can create a promo code and assign it to a user or promoter. When donating, a player can enter this promo code to receive bonus coins, and the promo code owner also receives a bonus — all fully configurable in the admin panel.     Look demo site: demo
