any char at that lvls can use that skills? for example if u ar mage but u reach lv 90+++ u can 100% stun your target?

man , u need to think haeder, a sugest to make a npc at wich u can add any skill for each lever from 90 up

Skill have very long reuse and all class get them when they reach 92/93/94/95 lvl and btw ZozOQ its Multiple Speed 0.1 not hp^^

Omfg dude u call that a srv?I call it %^&*!!After i logged in..was checking the shops and stuff after 2 mins a "pro" Brazilian guy pops up and pks me cool huh?The so suposed Anti karma NPC didn't do %^&*.The srv has  ~10 ppl online, go and pvp with the "pro" on this  %^&* srv :)) Have Fun!!
