[Request] l2off hellbound server (or good gracai t2)

hi i look for a hellbound off server with any rates 15x-60x or a high rate server. i just want that everything will working correctly.

and im looking for gracia t2 high rate but i jsut want a server without any bugs, wrong working skills or something like this (just dont post me those f2cking servers where gms are not online and they just want to get some cash)

i know l2reloaded and i read opinion of ppl about this server so i look for another server

It's a pvp server, with really big community (Sometimes it even gets around 3k), not many bugs, balanced pvp (Oh well, you have to farm set+10/jewels+10 and +16 weapon to do something but it ain't that hard)
