@dev951 It's very outdated scammer tactic. He's just sending you a made up invoice. Look i can do in 1 minute same thing. He's not actually sending you anything and it's nothing more than a scam

Like I said he is a scammer. And paypal services and goods payment is the safest way for everyone. He has multiple accounts here where he posts those replies about being safe. Dont trust this Rat
