Discussion Interlude locked arena

Somewhere in Interlude, there is an "arena" which is locked, I mean, you can't enter from anywhere, it is closed around the perimeter.

Does anyone know the location because my mind is stuck? If you have explored the entire map, you will understand which arena I am referring to.
