Isn't  a skills cooldown depending in some part of the attck or casting speed? If yes, this Is not an "actual" exploit as haste gives you so... And why only c grade weapons do the trick. Anyway thank you fakoylas for the share! :)))

it cant not work its not bug its game point ur actual a speed = frenzzy reuse btw on my server i never sow any desto who put fr on with pole 2h sword etc its always dagger even low lvls with some shadow ;P
